REFUND, RESEND AND RETURNS POLICY

 

Refunds Policy

1.1 Refunds for orders placed through the Site are subject to the refund policies of the respective suppliers.
1.2 Trending Trend Store does not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to the supplier from whom the product was purchased.
1.3 Trending Trend Store will assist customers in contacting the supplier to facilitate the refund process, but is not responsible for the outcome or resolution of refund requests.
1.4 Trending Trend Store shall not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or disputes arising from the refund process.
1.5 Customers are advised to review the refund policies of the respective suppliers before placing an order through the Site.
1.6 Trending Trend Store reserves the right to withhold any refunds for orders that are found to be in violation of this Agreement or the terms and conditions of the suppliers.
 
 
 

Resend Policy:

2.1 In the event that an order placed through the Site is lost, damaged, or defective during shipment, customers may request a resend of the product.
2.2 Customers must contact Trending Trend Store within [specify number of days] days of receiving the order to request a resend.
2.3 Trending Trend Store will work with the supplier to arrange for the resend of the product to the customer.
2.4 Resend requests are subject to the availability of the product from the supplier.
2.5 Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the resend, depending on the circumstances and the supplier’s policies.
 
 

 Returns Policy:

3.1 Customers may be eligible to return a product if it meets the return criteria outlined by the respective supplier.
3.2 Customers must contact Trending Trend Store within 5 days of receiving the order to initiate a return request.
3.3 Trending Trend Store will provide customers with instructions on how to return the product to the supplier.
3.4 The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3.5 Customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by the supplier.
3.6 Refunds for returned products are subject to the refund policies of the respective suppliers.
3.7 Trending Trend Store will assist customers in contacting the supplier to facilitate the return and refund process, but is not responsible for the outcome or resolution of return requests.

a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content.

c. The products need to be returned if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.
